Absolutely came very quick and totally fixed the issue

Mr Rooter replaced our hot water heater. Their service technician Brian Quintana-Cor worked hard all day by himself and did a fine job. Brian was very professional and neat. This is the sixth time I have used Mr Rooter and I will use them again when the need arises. I recommend Mr Rooter to handle any plumbing needs you may have.

Anthony was professional and persistent to get the job done efficiently and correctly completed regardless.of the time it would take. He had replaced the faulty plastic water line from the kitchen sink to the refrigerator. He used a flexable metal hose to replace the faulty plastic hose. Now this was a tedious job, due to all of the cupboards that he had to go through to reach the (connection of the refrigerator. Also, he replaced! the on-off lever under the sink that regulates the water line to the refrigerator. We could not be more pleased with Anthony’s hard work and dedication.

Zach did a good job, he was on time and worked efficiently. He fixed the faucet that needed some work. The water pressure in the upstairs shower could be better, he wasn’t able to help with that task.

They were on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and competent. They took the time to explain to me what was happening each step of the way. Very pleased with the service.

The quality was poor, it took a long time to complete. The technician did not clean up after himself in the end. I had to rearrange my personal/work schedule to accommodate the technician. He was winging it, not very well thought thru. Did not ask me what I wanted before he plastered everything so then I was rushing to alter my design, in the end I didn?t get what I wanted and the quality was very disappointing. I would never hire them again for any major work. The shower looks great from a distance but the detailed repair is left for me to do, and I will have to hire someone to fix this. Gaps in many places, patched up holes from miss drillings, blotchy patchwork. Very unhappy.

I appreciated being able to talk to a human on the first call to Mr Rooter! I explained about a water backup and slow toilet and drains. I was told when to expect the technician, a word about what to expect and how charges would be. At exactly the time I was told, the technician arrived. He was professional and courteous, even had a good personality! Work was done in a couple hours, I was kept abreast while he completed. He cleaned up after and gave follow-up suggestions . Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday because we were having a pretty good leak coming from our main water shut off valve to the inside of our house. Fortunately, Mr. Rooter was able to have a technician to our house Saturday afternoon. It turns out that once the water valve was turned off and then turned back on the leak wasn’t so bad which was a blessing as we needed the City to come out to turn off the water supply to our house, which couldn’t happen until Monday. Jared did a great job getting the faucet repaired and replaced. I give a lot of credit to Mr. Rooter’s techs for their patience as they are at the mercy of the City when needing them to come back and turn the water on again. We have used Mr. Rooter in the past and will use them again. Very happy with the service and very grateful they were able to come and take care of the leak.

Hired Mr. Rooter to fix supply valve on toilet. Service tech Bryan Preist was timely, friendly, and professional. He cleaned up the waste and made newer one look nicer than the original valve. I’d recommend and hire again.

My kids clogged the toilet, idk with what but I have all boys so I’m sure they put something in it before doing to “do” and not even a plunger would clear it, they came in and cleared it in like 10 minutes, I was so happy. They were so nice and the smell and mess didn’t even phase them (because I was super embarrassed 🙈)

My bathroom sink faucet needed replaced and also the garbage disposal. All work was completed on time and leak free. All clean up was included. The plumber answered all of my questions and provided free advice and a free estimate. I had called 2 othet plumbing companies before and one didn’t call back and the orher could not work in my zip code.

My technician Dan Farmer arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend him and his company. He did excellent work repairing a sink faucet, a toilet, and replacing a shower drain.

My project was done the next day in the day that was promised. I will definitely call this company again soon as I have multiple properties.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Rooter. I love it when I call and get an immediate response. The lady who called was very accommodating and had Josh out to my residence early Sunday morning. I was at ease because I could feel that Josh was very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem, told me what it was and how much it would cost. The cost was fair considering that it was a Sunday and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your Plumbing needs!

I called Mr. Rooter to flush my pipes. In the process of doing so I was told there was a blockage and I needed to have a camera evaluation of the pipe. Following that exam I was told that the pipe had collapsed and I needed to remove and replace it. The cost of the flush and camera was $963.89. The estimate for the repair of the collapsed pipe was $4811.62. I ultimately had the supposedly collapsed pipe replaced by my contractors plumbers at a lower cost. The pipe was removed and there was absolutely no damage to the pipe nor was it collapsed. The diagnosis made by Mr. Rooter was either incorrect and incompetent, or dishonest. I am now out $4928.09 for a collapsed pipe that did not exist.

Rodney was very professional and immediately fixed the problem. We have used Rodney with Mr. Rooter several times and are never disappointed. We highly recommend contacting Mr. Rooter for any plumbing need.
