I was not impressed that he repaired my broken pipe inside the wall without opening up the access panel to check for leaks in the wall. I bowed to his expertise.

It was excellent - because the serviceman was in my area, he came over almost immediately, diagnosed the situation, and offered several solutions. I opted for a new faucet which he promptly offered to go purchase and install that afternoon. I was thrilled that within a matter of hours the problems was diagnosed and corrected!!

Nick, the plumber who was sent from Mr. Rooter, was amazing! He came on time, gave us an estimate (which was almost 200.00 MORE than he charged us!), worked quickly with quality work and even cleaned us any mess that was around. He was polite and more so knew his business well! Would recommend him to anyone. Great Experience!
