Yes, the work was successfully completed, by running a rotor-rooter snake line down a pipe on our roof, after an attempt to clear the blockage from under the kitchen sink. The technician had given me three options that could be followed, by accurately telling me what stages the problem could be at, and listing the increasing cost of each procedure. Happily the problem was solved with the first and cheapest approach. He was polite and knowledgable, but I do feel that the standard rate that the company had set for procedure #1, were out of the reasonable range. I had been charged $800.00 for the work.

Brandon, the technician arrive promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem and gave us a quote. He then fixed the problem satisfactorily also in a timely fashion. He was very careful and placed a tarp down so there would be minimal mess. He was informative and friendly. The whole experience was great.

The only positive so far is the promptness of response. Charged for work not completed: The first technician dispatched on September 3 simply did not complete work for which I was charged. I was charged $456.33 for replacing a wax ring and rebolting down the toilet. The area was not drying and upon close inspection, we discovered the leak was still active. The second technician immediately noted that the toilet was not properly revolted - it was loose. The wax ring had NOT been replaced. He replaced the wax ring and reset the toilet. May have completed unnecessary work: the technician ran a cable line to "remove a stoppage". My husband had already done that task, which he was advised of when he arrived. Claimed it was necessary as the sink Sheetrock was wet and blockage could also cause the leak. Expensive. Total was $1378.80: It was $351.05 for diagnosis. The falsely charged wax ring replacement was $456.32. They charge $433.68 to remove a stoppage in the sink.

The job was done perfectly and efficiently, the plumber was courteous. Arrived early and completed the job within the timeframe needed for condominium restrictions. Office staff was pleasant to talk to. I will use this company again for sure!
