They contacted me immediately and came out the same day. They explained everything to me in detail and went right to work. An hour later my drain was unclogged! I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Rooters, Celso, did a great job clearing out a clogged kitchen drain. He was friendly and thorough. He even went above and beyond by changing out metal connectors that had been added to the PVC pipes by another plumber. The final invoice was less than I thought it was going to be. The drain is clear and I am happy.

I would not recommend this company and will never use them again. I had a gas leak at a rental property and could not get my usual Plummer. They did respond quickly but charged me 475.00 for 15 min and a 10 dollar part. Totally took advantage so much for their flat fee. I have reported them better business but will do no good, definitely do not use them.
