Installer was very nice, gave me options, worked efficiently and completed the task quickly. However, I had a service come in to check my walls for cracks, etc. and was told the equipment they installed, mainly the sump pump itself, was sub par and probably wouldnt last 3 years. I paid over $1,000 for the pump and installation (the pit and electric were already there) and was told it probably shouldnt have cost more than $600. Pretty good profit margin for them!

I was very happy with the work that was done on my shower installing new fixtures. The valve was replaced once before many years ago and I didn’t want to be bothered with the old and ugly fixtures. They were able to go through the front to replace the valve. I’ve had others that had to go through the backside taking my kitchen cabinets out and countertops which that was not going to happen.

Keith was very friendly and explained things to me. I think they are a bit expensive, but I would not have been able to fix the problem as quick as he did. Overall I think Itâ s worth the money for the professional service.
