Outside water spigot was replaced along with installing an emergency shut off inside my home. It was a difficult area to work in. Brandon was very professional in his work and his explanation of what needed to be done. Very happy with the completed job!

They came in and did their inspection. Both the supervisor and techniician did the work. They checked under and around the home and found no physical leaks to justify the cost of my water bill. They also sent me pictures afterwards. I got the information I needed and they were very professional. However, they did not use the drain line camera.

Came out inspected Main sewer line and found it needed repaired. Hired them to replace the line had 95 feet of sewer line done in less than a day.

When I got in contact with them they seemed great friendly professional... Boy was I wrong the kid they sent to my house said the estimate was free. When he located the problem he said he can do it for $225.00 with a 60 day guarantee. So I said yes do it... one hour in he said he would have his boss to come and take a look because it seems to be the city pipeline or something broke. He said he would call me waited never got a call. I waited for two days nothing... So I ended up calling and no answer so I called his boss gave me another story that he has to send a jet pressure to unclog it but it was going to charge me another 300 something. I said no because the kid said 60 days guaranteed he said he would have to get back with me and would call me in a couple hours again I waited and nothing next day I called and he blocked my number. So I called with a different phone and he answered... He said he couldn't fix the problem for the 225 he originally said because he spent more then 4 hours trying to fix the problem... That if I want to move forward it would cost me more... Oh and he said he never gives a guarantee then why say that you do... you charge by the hour why not say it in the beginning... I would really stay away from them. He will charge you for service and then tell you it's by the hour.

Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me choose a new faucet, purchased the faucet for me and installed it. He was prompt, kept me informed of job progress and I’m very happy with his work.
