Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Crystal River

I do not recommend them. I had a duplex that needed some simple things done in unit 1. I specifically told them nothing in unit 2. They replaced the plumbing under kitchen sink in 2. There was a leak under sink in unit 1. They did 2 items out of four I instructed and authorized them to do. They raised the bill from $462 to $688. When I tried to talk to them they said they had a recording of conversation but surprise it's missing. After having to fight for compensation they said they would call me after they talked to their HR department. Never called contacted my boss with a credit of $140 still more then the original quote. Also not sure what happened to my $125 DEPOSIT

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job was a positive experience. Jon was an amazing technician who worked diligently to solve the problem. Professional work, good results, honest and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend their services.

The work was completed in an efficient and professional way..My project was quoted and the price was fair for the job. The job was completed on the same day. The plumber was prompt and arrived on time as promised.The bottom line is that I would recommend this company to family and friends.i would hire again for other projects.

When you call and tell them that they did wrong, they do nothing. They came to my house to fix the toilet tank, the worker was pleasant and respectful but did not know what he was doing. I paid 100 dollars and now not even a callback. I havent received a paid invoice as of yet. You cannot even speak to someone in charge to make your case. I would not ever use them ever again.

If you need plumbing help in Citrus County Florida look no further than these guys. They fixed a leaky valve outside my house that even State approved people came out to say couldn't be fixed without breaking the wall and literally replacing all the pipes. Mr. Rooter fixed the leak in about 20 minutes. They fixed my sink and shower too. I am so glad I called them. You will be too. ð

The two young men were professional, courteous and very nice people. They did a great job installing the heater. The lady who called to schedule our appointment was very fast in responding to us.

This morning I spoke to Maria who scheduled our estimate visit. Mike and Brandon were awesome and arrived right on time, first thing in the morning. We decided on an installation type for our new hot water tank and after two more confirmation calls to iron out details, Brandon and Matthew arrived that afternoon and installed our new heater. We're so pleased. Everyone was kind, fully answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work done. Will definitely use this company again.

They called and were able to come earlier than the appointment time. They called 11 minutes after I submitted on home advisor. They were able to come the same day. They fixed the problem. Very pleasant workers. Made process simple and easy. They applied coupon that I mentioned from their ad. I would recommend thos company. Receptionist very pleasant too.
