Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Saint Augustine

Highly recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs. Ive used their services twice now and each time the technician was prompt, even earlier than expected. Johnathan was professional and personable. Service was done right with very reasonable cost. The communication with the company great. They scheduled next day service. And followed up with phone call reminders that my Tech was on the way. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Rooter and especially our tech Preston. He was very knowledgeable, kind, hard working and explained everything to us. We appreciated him coming out on a weekend evening. They are very reasonably priced with no hidden charges. Would recommend them completely!

AVOID!! Very frustrating experience! I was quoted $378 to replace a failed shower cartridge. During the attempted cartridge removal, the cartridge broke apart. I was then told the valve body was cracked and could no longer retain a new cartridge, and the repair escalated to approximately $1,560 for a complete valve replacement. I cannot say whether the crack in the valve body existed beforehand or occurred during the attempted repair, but it was only identified after work had been done. I was extremely uncomfortable with how a $378 repair turned into an outrageous $1,560 proposal. Find a trustworthy plumbing company elsewhere!!

A Sunday emergency and they were here within an hour. Professional and reasonably priced .

Johnny was awesome. So thorough and showed me everything and explained it all to me. And what a job he had to do and he did it so nicely. He also changed a main water valve for us. I called shower leaking bad and Ali got someone out ASAP. Thank you 😊 🙏 all so much my water bill would have been so high.
