Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
terrible experience!! they charged over 12,000.00 to replace my old pipes and forgot to re hook my kitchen pipe back up. instead of fixing it correctly they put a cheap plastic pump in my front yard!! i?ve had nothing but problems with it. Wish they had integrity and would have fixed their mistake correctly ( that was what i paid for)would not recommend them to any one. Now I have to pay a new plumber to fix the mistakes this company did. What plumber forgets to rehook up pipes they unhooked to begin with!!thank god he was a plumber and not a pilot!!!!

"Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. You have a very unique situation regarding your lines and the lack of grade on your sewer system. It was also not in the original contract to replace or do anything with the kitchen line, and unfortunately, we didn't see it because it was broken and buried in the ground at the time we replaced the sewer line. There were no pipes to re-hook in the section you are referring to because there were no pipes there originally. This is why we chose to install a pump for you at no charge to help remedy your situation. We have done this successfully many times for other customers who have unique situations with their lines. Each time you have called us with an issue, we have come out right away, we have addressed and fixed the issue, and we have never charged you. Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do due to the amount of grease we have found in the pump the last few times we have come out to the property. There will continue to be issues with the pump if you continue to put grease down the kitchen line. We recommend not putting any more grease down your line. We apologize that you have had a frustrating experience and that you feel you need to pay another plumber to fix an issue that was never in our original scope of work. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, and we truly do wish you the best. We respect your decision."

I had to get an outside hose spigot repaired & replaced and Mr. Rooter came in significantly under another quote I had gotten earlier in the day. The work was done well & quick and couldn't recommend them enough.

For the $200.00 charged to check water flow at the kitchen sink and then just went under the sink to see about flow and did a back water presser check said it was or must be in the faucet. Then I asked if he had a faucet in the rig yes and then the bill went to $800.00, Sorry but that to me is a rip off for no more time spent. or would have spent. Sorry I will not ask them back. I will have someone else take care of the change over.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
My project was a new sump pump in my crawl space. Mr. Rooter came and did everything in a very timely and efficient manner. Colby was the name of my plumber/technician, and he was very experienced and knowledgeable about sump pumps/crawl spaces in general. He was also very personable and helpful throughout the process, and the cost was way less than a few other companies that I had contacted re the same project. I feel fortunate that this project went off so well and that my plumber/technician was so great. My experience was very positive, and I will definitely hire Mr. Rooter ~ and request Colby by name ~ again.

My project involves replacing a tub drain shoe in my claw foot tub. The first visit to remove the old shoe has been accomplished and the next step will be to order/buy a new drain shoe and then the plumber will come back to install the new shoe after it arrives. The work so far has been done quickly, competently, and at a reasonable price.
