The job was good but pricing not good at all, it was more than I thought

The pro came 2 hours later than the scheduled time (scheduled for 9 am, came around 11 am). The price for a simple cartridge change in the shower was $486.00. In the invoice description the pro wrote: "I inspected the master shower. After evaluating the issue, I determined that the cartridge was faulty. We proceeded with replacing the cartridge". Then under Service # KSF-132 Description is written: Replace single handle premium kitchen faucet. Quantity 1.00 Then amount $486.41 What is that? He did one job and charged me for something else. He didn't give me the invoice straight away when I asked; he told me he would email it to me later. So, I couldn't even see what job I was signing for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mr Rooter doid a great job

$600 to fix a garden hose spigot and left the place a mess. Left insulation all over the floor and left the lid to the meter pit open. Will not be using Mr Rooter or Angi again. No way.

I was able to get the work done the day I called. He was very professional and nice. I had to replace the old water heater. I still have not received the manufacturer's warranty paperwork even though I have requested it twice by email other than that I am pleased with the work. Can you get the manufacturer's warranty for me????

I recently had a plumbing issue at my home and contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I couldn't be happier with their services. Harold called to let me know he was running behind schedule which I appreciated very much. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed my problem and within 30 minutes or less, he was done. Overall, I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a fast, honest, and reasonably priced plumbing services.

Absolutely the best experience for having work done at our home. I called afterwork hours, expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead I talked to a human, who transferred me to an expert. Harold listened to my concerns, then gave me 3 options of availability times. He called 20 minutes before the the appointment to tell me he was on the way. He was on time and explained exactly what he would be doing and was so organized and kept his work space super clean. After he finished, he told us all about our new toilets and what was different from the old ones. Very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy his work.

Needed quick service to help out renters who were renting our beach house. We live 3.5 hours away. Mr. Rooter answered quickly and had someone out to the house to resolve the issue within a few hours. Great service!

Asked before making an appointment what the cost would be and was told that “there’s no cost for the technician to find the problem.” He didn’t say there was a cost for a “service call”. $200 plus tax to unlock the blades on my garbage disposal and $400 for installing a new unit plus $300 for the unit. Plus tax. The technician was great and that’s the only reason I gave them a 2.

Home advisor are idiots, Didn't even know they scheduled the service and argued about their mistake after I told them the work had already been done.

Harold was very professional, efficient, and pleasant. While we are still not sure of what exactly the problem/issue may have been/be and/or whether it will reoccur, we now know of problems/issues we don’t (currently) have -and- that Harold did what he could to provide a remedy.
