Mr. Rooter of East Central Georgia

I may be entirely wrong. I felt it was far, far too expensive. They went in too many directions to determine the problem. This is my second experience with Angi and I was not happy with either of them. The other was a roofer. He got paid immediately but obviously did not pay his bills and my home had a lien put on it. I got it straight (or he did) but then this was far too expensive. They were timely and the repairmen were courteous but the expense was huge - as I said, too many functions before locating the cause.

Outstanding work, outstanding people, always gets the job done.

I was very pleased with the work done by Mr. Rooter. They called me back about the project the next morning after I submitted the request on line. They were very professional. They came when they said they would and checked my water heater. After finding out that the two heating elements weren't working, Buddy clearly exlained my options to replace the elements or replace the water heater and the prices for each. I chose to replace the water heater and they had it installed in my house in a few hours.
