Mark came out to assess my urgent issue: a failed Dye test and a settlement in less than 10 days. He gave his honest opinion on the repairs I would need, offered low cost financing, and a boast that he has never missed a settlement. The rainy weather almost shut down that guarantee but true to his word, his team completed the work and I passed inspection with the municipality. They warranty their work which was passed on to the new owner of the home. Very pleased and felt I got what I paid for.

The tech, Jim, who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired the short term problem of a clogged drain and gave me good advice on what repairs that will need to be done in the future. I never felt pressured to have done more than needed to be done and I appreciated the time he took to explain each step of what he was doing. My only surprise was that there was a $100 fee added because I had used an acid drain clearing product. I found the rationale that their snake would be damaged plausible. Still they arrived in about an hour after I called and I was given a warranty of one free service if the pipe clogged again within a year. Overall, a good experience even if it was a bit more than I was expecting to pay.

They drilled a hole in the wrong location for the exhaust of my tankless water heater. It was a 4" hole through my foundation and into my finished basement. They missed the mark by 36 inches. Then management did a very poor job handling the issue. I was very disappointed in this one manager. I would not use them again. The service guy was a younger gentleman that did everything he could to make things right. However, without the support of his manager, it was difficult.

The work was done is a timely fashion. He was very neat.

Having moved to a house where we didn't have running water for a week due to severe neglect of the pipes, the previous plumber had simply rigged the shower so that we could having falling water, which was an improvement at the time. However, over a year later, we had a severe loss in pressure. Mr Rooter has given us what a shower SHOULD be like. We can't thank you enough!
