I did spend a little more money but they did a much better job than a competitor we hired. They were very upfront about the cost. Extremely clean. Cleaned my floor better than I did. They also inspected other locations in my house to catch anything that may be occurring. i will be using them to do the major repair my drain requires. Love that they always put a camera down the drain so you can see what is going on.

Hired them to clean my drain out. Told them where the problem was. They assured me that was not the problem. They cleaned my main drain out which did not fix the problem. They told me that the problem was where I said it was and they couldn't fix it. Then charged me 419.00 $ I called the manager to get some explanation of this, left a message. Still no return of phone call. Been two weeks. I would never use them again. Sincerely, Disappointed
