While he had plenty of time to take note of what he needed, when the tech returned to do the work the following day, he nevertheless had to "run for parts". The bill was higher than the original estimate and it wasn't itemized. I don't have a clue what their labor rates are.

Was very happy with our tech Matt K, I just which the company's customer service would have been a little better. I did not receive a call to let me know my tech was going to be 2 hours late. The supervisor came out with my tech and never came up to introduce himself or to see if I had any questions. Just thought that was a little unprofessional. But I would call them again.

Only that the max estimate was 307.00 the actual cost was almost 600.00. pretty big difference.

Great customer service and quality work... just a bit pricey!

Took the time to inspect all of the plumbing and give feedback. Advising to plan for the future, not insisting several other areas needed to be adjusted asap. Very helpful, made the effort to put together hardware on our shower for no extra charge. Helped us figure out that we were missing a piece.

Technician gave us an estimate of $275 just to replace the fill valve in the tank -- outrageous!

Beware..... They come in with a HIGH bid ($700 for two outside faucets and a 90-degree shut-off with NO obstructions), and will give you "parts" that only a "professional plumber" can fix. A week after install of outside faucet the handle fell off. $700 .... for two $25 faucets, one $5 90-degree shut-off and three hours work. OUTRAGEOUS. I'll never EVER consider them again. Does Mr. Rooter follow up? No. Hey, Megan, your Mr. is your POLICY to charge outrageous sums?

I called them for my outside faucet and my toilet both were leaking. He was very honest and told me I needed to replace my toilet because my tank through and hey could not help me. H then looked my faucet up and gave me a price to replace. They replaced it today. Their quote was the lowest I received and least amount of time. He replaced it in under 15 minutes everyone else was quoting 1 1/2 hours and almost $300 dollars. Very nice young man. Helped me to set up my hose correctly as I just had shoulder surgery and let me water the flower bed while he completed paper work. They also called three times because the other job was running longer than expected! I will use them again. My dad always took care of these things now he is unable it is nice to have a reliable service.

Very clean and professional job. The rep came out when others were unavailable for a late emergency Saturday evening repair of a faulty gas line leak. He was very clean and efficient and the repair was great. Only setback was that it was a bit pricey for the small job.

Very professional and fast service! Requested an appointment and had the work done on the same day! The plumber was very knowledgeable and even provided tips on other areas in my home. He took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain the areas I didn't understand. My only complaint is that the price was more than I would've liked to spend by about $150-200.
