If I could I would give 10 stars. Walter was a pleasure to work with and the floors looked beyond my expectations! He was prompt and professional as well as very personable. If you want an alternative to traditional wood floor restoration, this is your guy. Can't say enough about how happy I am.

I hired Mr. Sandless floors the work that he did is by far a professional job he made our 70 year old floors look beautiful in our rent house my wife told me we need to keep his number because we will do business with him again I will say this is the company you will be very happy that you hired Mr.Sandless

I had a few worn paths and spots in my hardwood oak floors. Walter did a fabulous job making my floors look like new! He cleaned, sealed and put a top coat on the worn areas. I CAN'T SEE where his work begins and the old floor begins - amazing! This cost me a fraction of what having the floors completely refinished would have cost, only took one day to complete, and had almost no down time! I wish I could give him more stars! Thank you!

Mr. Sandless was very prompt and completed my project on time. He was very careful to take care of my home in my absence and made sure to lock it each day. I felt completely at ease with Walter's ability and approach to refinishing my floors. And they turned out great!

Walter gave us an estimate for our wood floors and after we talked and he explained what he was going to do and how it would look after he finished. The price he gave us we thought was reasonable for the work he was to do. When he finished it looked like we had new floors installed. He really knows how to refinish wood floors. With a second thought we would hire him again.

My floors were very old and damaged. They kept working them until they looked great.

Walter takes great pride in his work. He re-did the floors in an 82 year old house. I knew he was the right man from the beginning. He got down on his knees and inspected many of the boards up close. He explained what needed to be done and what our options were. I would have him do our home in a minute. Except he is in Texas and we live in Minnesota.

Walter did an excellent job. His estimate was much less than 2 others we got. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job of refurbishing our wood floors. He put felt sliders under all the furniture, so we didn’t have to do it. Very professional. We will definitely use his services again.

This guy is an artist! My son (now 21 off at college) wore the finish off two large spots on the wood floor from his computer chair. Walter from Mr. Sandless came in and was able to match the stain color perfectly and apply a finish to the floor. It looks like it is new. He is extremely competent, professional and delivers.

Cost was exactly in line with other bidders, but Mr. Sandless was much better and more flexible than other bidders in adapting to my needs as to project scheduling, breaking the project down into three distinct parts to accommodate moving my furniture within my house. Mr. Sandless (a/k/a Walter) did all of the work himself, so I didn't have to worry about crews of people coming and going during the project. Walter does excellent work. He sets high standards with respect to his methods and the quality of the finished product. He carefully removed the old carpets and pad and neatly rolled them up in small bundles and put them out at the curb for trash pickup. He was able to match the stain for the newly exposed hardwood with the stain I had used for one room 30 years ago, so now all of thee floors in the living areas of my house match perfectly. Walter sealed off the other areas of my house while he worked in a particular room, and he carefully protected all of my belongings. I wanted to "stage" the project by moving my furniture and possessions within the house rather than removing them from the house into a pod, storage etc. This required building "moving days" into the schedule. So the approximately 7 days of actual floor sanding, staining etc. were spread over almost three weeks. The flexibility that Walter showed in cooperating with my schedule was a main reason that I chose Mr. Sandless to do the job. And everything worked out as planned -- the work was done on time and for the agreed-upon price. Walter was personable, punctual and professional. I am pleased to give Mr. Sandless my highest recommendation.
