Extremely professional veteran owned company, could've had the entire house done in a day if I had a better place for the furniture. Their unique floor refinishing service was a huge time saver and a fair price. Will hire again for future renovations.

If you are just looking to have a new finish over a pristine floor this is the process you want. If you believe surface scratches will be removed before the new finish is applied NOT the one you want. I feel I received no value for the money I spent (and it was not cheap).. I'm embarrassed to tell anyone I had this floor done. I will say that the initial response to my call was prompt.

"I am sorry that you feel that way. However, we told you that the scratches were too deep and that they were not going to come out before we started- you signed the contract acknowledging they weren't going to come out and told us to do it anyway. After the job was complete- you said it looked fabulous. You signed off that you were satisfied with the work performed."
