I can not begin to tell you how terrible this franchise is, the owner destroyed my home during the process. After several attempts to fix his mistakes, he abruptly walks off the job. He left my home in such terrible condition I had to contact my insurance company for the water damage he caused. After several visits by a damage restoration company I was able to move back into the rooms he destroyed. And he will not respond to my request for damage repairs cost, the corporate office will not help. DO NOT USE this MR Sandless franchise
