This my third time using Mr. Sandless. Tom the owner has always been so responsive and helpful and very patient with me! He knows his stuff and is always honest with what I can and cannot do. Preston did the work for me this time and he was so courteous, explained everything he was doing and gave me tips on how to keep my floor looking fabulous. He went above and beyond taking extra care to cover up some issues I had from a remodel disaster I had. I have recommended Mr Sandless many times and will continue to do so!

Tom, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. He came out quickly to provide an estimate and was very friendly. The crew that came to do the work were respectful and responsible and did a great job. They cleaned up extremely well both days and kept us updated as to what was going on with the repairs they did and what step they were on. The floors look great and were done quickly. Very impressed and would recommend this company to friends & family.

Tom was great to work with. He accommodated our schedule. The crew that he had working on the floor was just great. They were friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on our kitchen floor. From the moment Tom Dykie contacted me the process was smooth and straight forward. No surprises. The price was fair and he met my timeline. The team that was in my home were incredibly respectful and accommodating. In particular Jacob was just so knowledgeable and nice. The project went as planned and they finished on time. There was very little mess/dust. I would hire them again without question and you should too.

Beautiful job!! The foyer, steps and rails were all sun-faded. The steps and floor no longer matched. The end results are better than I could have imagined. The crew (Dave, Jacob, Scott and Tom) were professional and knowledgeable and meticulous. The floor and steps match and look great! I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Mr. Sandless for wood floor refinishing!
