I needed my 1.3 Million+ house listed and sold very quickly; but, the unusual floor plan and large open spaces made it difficult for prospective buyers to visualize how great the house could be for them. In addition the wood flooring had been Mop and Glowed for years, so pet hair and various debris was trapped between the layers. Gunner and Greg at Mr. Sandless showed up the same evening I called them to give a quote. They were back at the house 2 days later to fix the floor finish. These two worked tirelessly to get the floor right and the house sold within the week. If you need your wood floors refinished without the sanding mess. Give Greg and Gunner a call!
