Mr Shingles RI was a huge help throughout the entire process. My roof was older, and I had started noticing shingles lifting, sections looking uneven, and a wavy appearance overall. They performed a thorough inspection, clearly explained the condition of the roof, and let me know replacement was the best option. They also explained that the damage might qualify through insurance. I was skeptical at first, but they handled the claim process professionally. My insurance company completed its own inspection and agreed with their assessment. In the end, I received a brand-new roof for only the cost of my deductible.
