Replacing a roof isn't something anyone looks forward to, but Jacob at Mr. Shingles of Rhode Island made the entire process about as easy as it could have been. He started with a free inspection, explained exactly what he found without any pressure, and handled the insurance claim from start to finish. He met the insurance adjuster at my house, walked the roof with them, and took care of the details I would have had no idea how to navigate on my own. Once everything was approved, he came back with a fair price and worked with us to make the project fit our budget. At no point did I feel like I was being sold. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help us get a quality roof on our home. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The new roof looks fantastic. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up. After a complete roof replacement, I found only a handful of nails around the property.
