Only rated a 4.5 on customer service is because was a wait to get the work done. It was worth the wait. They were very observant of what was going on. Noticed one of my 2nd floor windows was allowing water to enter the home and told me immediately. I was able to clean the water from my hardwood floor immediately and prevent more from entering. It alerted me to a problem I did not know I have while preventing damage to my floors. House and patio power was superb.

I was skeptical that they could make my roof look good, however, I was wrong. It looks great. A fantastic job really. They are much cheaper that any other entity that I contacted. One person wanted twice the money to clean a small section of the roof. Softwash cleaned the ENTIRE roof for a very reasonable price. Very pleased.
