1. It was a free estimate today(04/14/20) 2. I described the problem with the light post, I told him one switch, near front door, was working but instead of working for 4 bulbs, only 3 is working. He checked the switch and find out wires were not put correctly, he fixed it , all 4 bulbs now working. HE DID NOT SEEK MY PERMISSION TO FIX IT, NEITHER HE TOLD ME IF HE FIXES IT, WILL CHARGE ME. 3. He checked everywhere, did not get any clue to fix the lamppost in front, his final suggestion is to go for a SOLAR LIGHT instead. 4. I did not get any estimate, but he charged me $100,for a minor fix(that I did not ask him to do). 5. This is very unfair, I want my money back and at the same time I hope HomeAdvisor will check with the pros before suggesting anyone for us. 6. It was a nightmare today.
