Mr. Sunroom Professional Remodeling

I hired, Bob and his company of ( wife as Secretary and One builder Mike) I had faith and thought I had chosen wisely. Until after the Framing of my All season room was completed and the siding on the interior started and the material Bob, Chose after Wife had assured me that her husband designs according to your home. Boy was I so wrong. I have a 70 yr Clinker Brick home Now I have ALUMINUM Coil Trim for Siding In and out. My contract stated Vinyl on the exterior. This coil trim is good for wrapping your windows Not laid out 8 inch flat This material will start to as they call Oil Caning meaning it will be come Rippling, waving, dents will occur As well as the nails used will also pop out during weather temperature changes When I mention to Bob my concerns he assured me it was the correct material Everyone was using this. Long story short I have missing material that I paid for according to my contract Such as Azek, Vinyl Siding, Insulation, Flashing, Insulated glass window inside my door, I also have caulk smeared all on interior / exterior aluminum trim,, Where the builder wiped the excess on the side of the trim. Bob, and I both witness this being done Bob never addressed this with Mike the builder. I was needless to say Flabbergasted when I witness this this has been a nightmare for sure. I am having to go though courts,, now to get reimbursed for replacement cost to have the interior and exterior redone While I have other contractors here,, to get assistance I have found out that my windows, are not centered correctly Bob website states that he is NOT done until the customer is 100% happy. What a Joke I see all the great reviews he has. So I sure do not know How and the heck I got the short end of the Construction side of the promises not honored.

Bobs team created an amazing screened porch that fit into our house like it was always there. We love it! Having a local hometown builder was really important to us. Bob was hands on, on site the entire time. The project was on time, on price and knowing Bob is available if needed makes it even more comfortable. We plan on using him for future projects - total trust here in a job done right, on time!

He does amazing work and is very nice to work with. He was by far the best contractor I have ever worked with, very professional, and his estimate was amazing for the work he did for me. The materials he used were high quality and the finished product was better than I expected. He went over and above for me. I never had to wait on a call back, he always answered his phone when I had a question.

Absolutely excellent workmanship and exemplary service at a very fair price. I will always use this company for any home improvement work I may have and highly recommend them to others. They delivered far beyond my expectations and I am very happy with our beautiful new enclosure. Thank you for a job well done!

Mr. Sunroom has provided a wonderful experience in the building of our screened-in porch. The firm provides high quality workmanship and the construction crew was very meticulous. They pride themselves on building a great porch!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the work performed. It was well done with no excuses. One of the jobs was difficult but it was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I believe that the price was fair for the amount of work done and am very pleased .

Bob Naumann is the definition of an HONEST BUSINESS MAN!!!! This project began in July of 2006 and hit every snag that anyone could anyone could ever have imagined. It is January 24 and the project is still in the making. Bob did more than any contractor would have ever been expected to do. When I ran into a banking problem, Bob found a different bank for me to use. He has driven countless miles to visit me and has had to restructure the project several times. Staying in contact with Bob is the easiest that I have ever experienced with any industry. Bob is an honest man who is not out to cheat anyone for a dollar and he guarantees all of his work for life. To be honest, had I been in his position, I would have bailed out of this project a long time ago. When I first met Bob, he ensured that he was worth his weight in gold. The truth is that there is no amount of gold that could be worth more than Bob in the contracting world. Anyone that needs additions or sunrooms should be referred to Mr. Sunroom before any other contractor is even considered. Even if my project falls through, I will call Bob Naumann anytime I want to have construction done and, regardless of price, he will get the job!!!!

We hired Mr. Sunroom to build a custom four season sunroom. Although the job got off to a rocky start with delays and change of team, Mr. Sunroom addressed all issues to our satisfaction. I recommend Mr. Sunroom highly and would call him again if another addition or renovation is required. We are extremely happy with the end result.
