The service personell that installed the water heater were knowledgable, courteous and prompt.

Good service and good price

Had Mr. Rooter come in first, they quoted me $682 to replace my water pressure regulator and water heater pressure valve. I chuckled and told them to go. Called Mr Waterheater, got a quote over the phone and they were at my house in < 2 hrs. For less than half the price of Mr. Rooter ($325), they also replaced the expansion tank (which is about a $100 part by itself). The installers were courteous, finished the work in less than 2 hrs, and cleaned up after themselves. I know who I am recommending for any water heater service and who I will tell my friends not to call. Thank-you Mr. Waterheater for great service and great value!

Timely communication. Fair pricing. Professional service. Insured, They were willing to do the work (replaced gas water heater) very quickly and did not seem to &apos;upcharge&apos; due to the urgency of work. A reasonable price for the water heater and labor and the work was completed in about 36 hrs from the time that I organized the service. Excellent all around.

Mr. Raimondi from Mr. Waterheater responded to my inquiry almost immediately after I entered the information in my computer. He was able to quote the price to replace our waterheater as we spoke on the phone. Although I wanted to get additional quotes before making a final decision, I was pleased with his response. His price was reasonable and his manner, pleasant. The men came within the quoted time period, worked diligently, and completed the work efficiently. Kudos the Mr. Waterheater. They came within the 5 hour window of my emergency need. Professional attitude, workmanship, and the clean up in house was excellant, although ,the only error was that they left the large box that the new water heatercame in, in the driveway..I thought they would have taken all trash with them, I hope my garbage hauler will take it.

On time. 30 min install. Cost was $50 more than I would have paid at Lowe&apos;s and would have to haul, install, and dispose of the old one. Very little mess to clean up.
