I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Mr Wilsons was scheduled to come the next morning but had a breaking in his schedule and came tat afternoon. After assessing the problem, Eric explained and gave me my options. I chose to replace the disposal which Eric quickly installed. After, Eric cleaned up after himself. This transaction was the best. Eric was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you!

I have used Mr Wilson’s Plumbing and Drain Solution for many years! They fixed a leaking pipe in the bathroom that leads outdoors, unstopped my toilet and drains, put in a new water heater, fixed a leaking pipe behind wall in bathroom and many other task! Their work is unbelievable amazing and they clean up after themselves! Always greet you with a big smile, they are kin, genuine and caring about the job they are working on! I had a main line blockage ,and huge plumbing problems inside the house. I called Mr. Wilson's Plumbing to come out to run the line . Eric came out to take care of the problem and within 10 minutes, our sewer line was unstopped. Eric was very professional and did an awesome job. We were very satisfied with his work ethic. We contracted Mr. Wilson's Plumbing and Drain Solutions after several failed visits from another local plumber. We were very frustrated as the other local plumber seemed to try to throw anything at a wall just to make it stick. However, always a failed result. Needless to say, Mr. Wilson's sent their technician Eric to service our plumbing issues. Eric and I had a chance to go over everything that the previous plumber did. Eric immediately identified where he felt he needed to start to resolve the issue. We agreed with his assessment and within 15 minutes of working on the target area, Eric resolved our issue in its' entirety. From this point forward we will contract Mr. Wilson's Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Lastly, we will now commonly refer to Eric, as Eric the Great. He absolutely was professional, hard working and dedicated to doing the job right, the first time. We cannot be grateful enough as the previous plumber cost us around $300 with their failed efforts.

Honest, customer-first, and always performing quality work. The prices are the best in Lubbock for the kind of routine work I need at my residential address (drain line clearing, running camera). I have been and will continue to use them for years. Eric is incredible, and if I had my own business, I would try to poach him from Mr. Wilson's. I have had recurrent issues with old cast iron and Orangeburg lines that can't handle root systems and paper products. Eric has helped me on my last three service calls. On the second of these calls, he advised me to get the city involved to get the Orangeburg replaced at the connection, since he correctly identified when clearing that the PVC on my side of the fence wasn't the issue. When Eric came out last time, he responded immediately to my call (he was covering the dispatcher), cleared the blockage right away, and reminded me about the camera inspection. I was reluctant to get the inspection then and there, as there were tree limbs and other debris in my alley that made marking the location for the city impossible. Eric volunteered his time in the 95 degree heat to move the 500+ lbs of tree limbs out of the way so that he could mark the area for the city. He called the city right away and explained that I was experiencing a service disruption so that I would get an expedited work order. I am humbled and honored by his commitment and professionalism. I trust Eric to work on my home completely unsupervised, and am always very pleased with the quality of his work. For this, and all the reasons I mentioned above about the business itself, I am a customer for life. Chris, if you're reading this, thank you for sending me your star player.

We had a different plumber come out 2 days before. He told us that he was going to call the city because he thought it might be a problem in the main line. The city was out that evening. They told us they were going to have to come back the next morning and dig up the alley to the main line and run a camera through. The next day the city dug a huge hole in the alley. The workman called me out to watch the camera run through. The city also came in the yard, ran the camera through the lines, and put die in the toilet that wasn't working, There were five city workers that were at my for several hours and still couldn't find where the pipes came in for that bathroom. The City workers were great! They filled the hole back in and cleaned up all of their mess. It was as if they weren't ever there. They determined that it was in our property and was not a part of the city, They highly recommended <strong>Mr. Wilson's</strong> plumbing. Todd from Mr. Wilson's came out that day and worked for several hours. He ran a camera and located the problem. He informed us that we are going to have to replace the pipes in the back yard and this will take several days. Since we had a full house of guests staying with us,he got the toilet and shower working for the time being. The next morning, the owner of Mr. Wilson's came out with Todd and went over everything. Todd gave us a fair price and they are starting tomorrow. I am quite pleased. <br />

Removed old kitchen sink, installed new sink, replaced faucet and water filter faucet; replaced water filter, replaced garbage disposal; cleaned outside patio drain line that was clogged with mud. |I never use anyone but Mr Wilson, highly recommended. Ask for "The Israel's", you will love having these guys in your home (i.e, two of them are both named Israel, they are the best!).

They told me the time that they were going to arrive. They called me a few minutes before they were going to arrive and they arrived on time. They listened to what I had to say about the problems I had in my house and they basically fixed them.

They do neat work and a very friendly staff, as well as a very quick response. I would recommend them to anyone that doesn't have a regular plumber. They explained the problem very well, including all work and charges that needed to be done.
