My dryer would not heat no matter what I tried, I replaced the heating element myself and it still did not work. Called Mr. Appliance and they fit me into the schedule that same day and fixed my dryer. The gentleman who came out was clean and professional. He was very knowledgeable answering my questions about what he was fixing. My dryer works great again and I couldn’t recommend Mr. Appliance more! Thank you!

The people who come out to fix my appliances with this company are always very nice and friendly. The gentleman that came last time to fix my washing machine was even really cool about the fact that I like to fix my own stuff if I can and showed me step by step what he was doing so that the next time it broke I can fix it myself. The gentleman who came this time was very understanding about the fact that I was on a scooter because I just had surgery and was super accommodating to that fact. I will always use this company every time my stuff breaks and I encourage everyone around me to do the same.

Randy did a great job on our dryer. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the scope of the repair and the anticipated cost. It was necessary for him to order parts and on both trips he worked efficiently and quietly. When he left everything was cleaned up and ready to go. This is the third or fourth time we have had Mr. Appliance work on one of our appliances and each time experienced similar results. Obviously we have been very happy with the Mr. Appliance technicians.

Went well explained clearly what he did and what the issue was.

Travis from Mr. Appliance did a wonderful job diagnosing the our broken refrigerator and replacing the compressor and condenser fan, which was costly but not nearly as costly as a new refrigerator. He patiently described how new refrigerators need more frequent repairs ever since they switched to the environmentally-friendly R600a isobutane refrigerant, and convinced us that repairing the refrigerator would give it many more years of life until we had to replace it. Travis not only made the repairs and tested them, he also went above and beyond to recommend that we wait up to 48 hours after repair to work the compressor before filling the refrigerator up with food; he even showed us where to avoid storing food inside the refrigerator so we don't cover the vent where air can circulate.

Mr. Appliance was very responsive. The service was provided the same day as the initial contact. The technician arrived when promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to leave to go get the needed part to complete the repair. The round trip to get the part and complete the service was also very timely. Overall it was a excellent experience. The only negative was the the cost of the part was significantly higher than I expected based on the research I had done prior to the service being provided.

Great. Buzz diagnosed the problem quickly. We set the repair date for the following Monday, and he was in and out in under 1.5 hours.

I knew that the price would be high, however, they came out day after I called. I got a text confirming my appointment time AND a photo of the tech that was coming out. The tech called before he headed over. He was professional and on time. Everything is working great now!
