This company went above and beyond for us! Not only did they have the best price in town, but also the best service. They helped us with a complicated shower remodel and exchanged a leaky exterior faucet, which was a pain to access. These guys are seriously the best. Hire them for all of your plumbing needs! :)

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Brady, our repairman, could not clear the clog in our drain, and rather than lie and charge us and walk away, he was very honest and told us his problem, told us to call a certain plumbing company and have them come out. They had bigger, more sophisticated machines and could get to the clog. Brady didn't charge us a penny. His suggestion worked and the other company came and unclogged the drain. They explained our problem and told us what they did. We were very pleased with both companies and we learned a lot from both.

Project House repipe with pex. Bid incomplete, work done but not on time or as specified. Drain Lines for a furnace not run, On-demand water in the attic not placed ( excuses ended up in the garage) All piping is supposed to be terminated as usable not just stubbed caps. Old piping left in crawl space.

Sewer Main Clearing
Two plumbers came out and unclogged a grease blockage next to our house. They brought out a hydro-jetter truck because of complications I've had in the past, but the jetter was only used to clear up the blockage by the house and send a lot of water down the line after clearing the blockage. They also ran a camera and gave me a copy of the video after connecting a USB drive of mine to the camera. There were several things I particularly liked: 1. Both plumbers that came were very competent. I asked a lot of questions as they ran the video cable and came away with better knowledge of the connectors in my basement. 2. Mr. Rooter gave me a quote before they came. The quote was for the job, not based on time. Most companies don't give you a price until they come out. Because the hydro-jetter was only used next to the house, Brady dropped the price from the quote. I him whether the price should be different based on the actual usage of the jetter. He asked me what I thought was fair. I asked him, "what do you think?" And then he gave me a lower price. Next time I have drain work to do, I'll check with Mr. Rooter first.

After the fact $260 seems expensive to install 1 delta kitchen faucet in a home built in 2012. Took less than 1/2 hour

It took 27 minutes of office time to set your appt and to drive there in a commercially insured company van, he was at your location for 47 minutes. He did the faucet replacement up to code in 13 minutes less than required for this task (he's really a great plumber) and discarded all old materials. He drove 23 minutes back to our shop. All of our technicians are bonded, insured, and licensed plumbers. Mr. Rooter covers all these costs of doing business including paying a terrific person with a family of four a competitive rate to make a living. We apologize that there was not any way we could do this for less than the $260 you paid, we appreciated your prompt payment. You might be interested to know that our suggested price for this service was $315.00. Looks to us like our technician gave you a good deal! Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
They originally wanted to replace the entire waterline because they thought it was galvanized (I told them I thought it was copper) but were unable to run their torpedo through our rocky ground. They then realized that we did have a valid copper line from the meter to the house they repaired the leaking bad joint at the stop and waste after digging our park strip and the middle of our lawn. The bottom line is they came out and had the leak fixed within 24 hours in the cold and I didn't have to dig up my stop and waste.
