Martha was very pleasant and cordial. She showed up late to the initial meeting and then late on the day of service. Communication was primarily through text messaging. When I came home expecting a fully clean house I was significantly disappointed. Carpets were left outside and not put back, many things were out of place and not put back to their original spots. Bathroom sinks and toilets showers were all still dirty,the floors were visibly still marked up. The shower in my bedroom was not done at all. There were soap scum rings remaining around faucets. I had Martha back to explain to her what she missed she seemed surprised. I think Martha needs some more experience, I think my project was more than she could handle.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They seemed inexperienced. They took much longer than estimated. Prompt and courteous but they broke a glass coffeepot but immediately ordered a new one and said I'd have it in 2 days 5 days later I contacted them and they dropped it off at 2;00 AM !! They need more experience
