The two ladies were thorough and very directed. They did not waste time talking or taking breaks during the two hours they were hired to clean. The owner of the company was very accommodating to my schedule and followed back with a call to see that everything was to my satisfaction. Mrs. Clean offers and excellent service for a reasonable price. I will use this service again.

It took 2 weeks for my phone call to be returned. She said she did have a team of 3, but now it was just her, So I think she just got over booked. I have approx. 1,500 sq ft living area to be clean. I had a party the next week so asked her to most just do dusting and cleaning of the floors. She only works for 3 hours and insisted on started with Bath Room, to Bed room then den, living areas & kitchen. However by the time she finished my master bath & master bedroom, I think she saw she was running out of time and did not get much if anything done in the living areas, that everyone would be seeing, except for cleaning the floors.

They have all the supplies except bleach so you will need to buy that. They were fast and very, very nice. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

The two women who came to do our "move out" cleaning were incredibly detailed in their cleaning. Because of that they weren't able to get everything done that I had wanted but I am VERY happy with the results! Talk about thorough! They practically took apart my refrigerator and cleaned it so that it looks brand new! And our bathrooms look great! They were also very kind and professional. They will do anything you ask them to you just have to make sure to be specific. For example, I moved my microwave and noticed they didn't clean underneath it but I know they would have had I asked them to. And the man (co-owner) I spoke with on the phone was GREAT! Communication with him was easy and thorough. Thank you Mrs. Clean!

The girls were great! Everything was cleaned from top to bottom. I had to go somewhere and did not realize it would take so long to do all of that, but I should have known. I told the girls I would clean the kitchen, dining room and utility room. My husband is also very pleased.

Excellent service. I plan to have them come on a regular basis.

I thought they could have done a lot better on the floors, especially since that was the reason that I decided to hire a cleaning service. I would still hire them again and pay a little more attention to how thorough they were . The other maid service wanted to charge 3 times as much.

My experience was quite unique, in the sense that the movers were late and some key areas never got a chance to be cleaned b/c they charge by the hour. Had they just given me a set price then it may have been better.There were a couple minor things missed by the maids. Had the house been completely empty, maybe my experience would have been better. The overall experience left a bad taste. Didn't feel as though I really got my money's worth. However, they did a real nice job in the bathrooms.

Hired this service to deep clean my elderly mom's house. They did a great job on a house that was really dirty to start with. My sister was there to oversee their work. She said they had a great attitude and when asked, were very polite about a few minor "do-overs". My mom was so excited she plans to have them come back. I just wish they were in Houston where I live so I could hire them too!

My sons apartment have not really been throughly been cleaned in several months. He need a head start on maintaining the apartment cleaniness himself.

Not pleased at all!!! My house smelled like there was no air freshner, no cleaning supplies used etc. Smelled like sweaty men had been in here. One hour into project they barely had started on my main area of concern ( LR, Kit, DR). Had to pay for an extra 30 minutes to get my floors cleaned. Definetly did not follow cleaning guidelines much less go from ceiling to baseboard. My amateur housekeeper does a better job by herself in 1 hour 15 min than these 2 girls did!! I spent 30 minutes cleaning and spraying air freshner after they left!

A beautiful 26 year old LSU college girl that I paid an extra $100.00 per hour to clean my condo in teh nude and it was worth every penny. Nikki, is one beautiful girl and I am sure that after afew more cleanings, things will get even better. All I can say, is that my condo will need to be clean at least 3 times a ween now. Suling Li

When they leave, everything shines. They are well organized and come into to your honme with a plan. They touch areas of the home that you may not remember to clean such as fans, baseboards, wall art, mirrors etc... I have been here when they clean and have been absent when they clean. Both scenerio produce the same result...a clean house. The service is consistent and the price is comparable. They are not the first service I have used. At one time, I had two different services coming in to help me make a comparable study of both services...they won! I'm Happy...

Very helpful only set back I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to come but worth it.

I was very impressed. I have had several different cleaning companies, but the ladies that came from this company did an excellent job. Will definitely use them from now on.

Major things (vacuuming the rugs, dust mop under the beds, scrubbing the bathroom sink, etc.) were missed or not done properly when cleaning my home. I even paid for more time than they spent to clean my home and urged them to use more time if necessary to do a good job prior to them coming to do the job.

I have already set up another cleaning. They did a great job and were very courteous.

They were prompt, timely and I was satisfied.

Just starting with their services but overall good so far.
