Arrived on time, first job of the day. Cleaned my patio and furniture. Very knowledgeable and professional. Patio and porch furniture looks brand new. Price was very reasonable. Would certainly call them again and recommend them to others. Thanks for a good job.

They were a total NO SHOW for me. Service was paid for in full prior to the work being done, due to my work schedule. Mrs. Powerwash LLC, could not even get me set up with another appointment in a timely fashion, their comment was... we schedule 3 to 4 days out and cannot tell you when we could get to you again, that is when I asked for a refund. As of writing this no refund has been issued. The refund was supposed to be issued last night with the receipt texted to me, which was not done. In my opinion do not hire this company, they are not true to their word and are not willing to do anything extra to make it right. In my complaint to the phone rep. for Mrs Powerwash LLC, I was not asking for any kind of a discount I was just asking that the service that I paid for, be rendered the next day, which they were unwilling to do.

"We called Chris to let him know our truck was running late and we could still get him in that day. He said he didnt want done but said we were to do it the next day or he would have his wife who works for the Secretary of State (supposedly) cause us alot of problems. We run out of town accounts like Marysville Ohio once every 7-10 days and we could not get him in the next morning because we were already scheduled in Columbus. Since then he has called and text harassed our scheduler many time with threats so we decided to not do business with him. Our scheduler is a senior citizen lady who has been in tears several times of him calling-texting her with threats. A refund was issued the same day and he said if it wasnt in his account that day he would call the police and have the lady who does our scheduling arrested. We have no control over when his bank returns funds the credit card service company said it normally takes a few days to a week. What kind of person threatens a senior citizen lady who's only job is to confirm appointments for the next day. As far as his comments above " they were a total no show for me" is incorrect they were running late yes and called him to let him know they would be 30 minutes to an hour late and he went off on them. We offered to re schedule him on the next Maarysville out date and even offered him a 25% discount and again he yelled at and cursed at our senior appointment confirmation lady for not getting him in the next day at 8am."

Showed up 45 minutes late. No explanation or apology. I took a half day from work. Did not do the porch railing. Was told that is not included but it's part of the house?!?! Missed part of the house as well. Men that showed up were not professional in their appearance. I would not hire them again.

"Employees did call to let customer know they were running late and apologized for being late. When they got there customer asked to have all railings done for free and when the tech explained that was not part of the house but could do it for $15 she was very upset so he decided to clean the front of the railings for free at no charge. Porch railings are not part of a house neither is a deck etc. Obviously this customer was upset because they couldn't get stuff done for free and obviously wasn't happy with the FREE front of the railing being done for them. Also our crews work 7 days a week 12 hour days as far as appearance when washing muck all day I probably would have had them stop by a salon first for her if I would have known she gets upset by hard working people being dirty and sweaty."
