They came out on a Tuesday, identified the problem, confirmed the problem, gave me a fair quote and then came out the next day and knocked the project out of the park. They cleaned up after themselves, went above and beyond and put my fence back together, and limited the damage to my yard. More than anything, I really liked that they walked me through the project and showed me why they were doing things. They made me feel comfortable throughout. I hope I never have to use them again, but in the instance I have septic issues again in the future, I will call them without hesitation.

Beware - may take advantage of emergency situations and the under informed customer. Alex is a confident, smooth talker that makes you believe hes looking out for your interest. I was significantly over charged , misdiagnosed and they failed to installed a required T baffle in my tank and refused to come back out and fix that along with a mismatched, ill fitting riser top. Get second opinions and dont be pressured in to making a hasty decision just because you have an emergency situation. Its worth taking the time to get a second opinion. Also ask for proof of license and permit.

I don't typically leave reviews although I know I should. However, I am so grateful and impressed with the service I received that I am writing a 5 star review before they have pulled out of my drive way. I'm an ICU nurse and have had trouble finding anyone willing to fix my septic tank back up due to my Covid exposure. This company not only responded without hesitation, but they actually thanked me for what I do instead of treating me like a leper. The people that came out to do the repairs were courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

You were extremely professional, understanding of the problem and were able to provide same day services. Other Septic companies were about to charge thousands of dollars to replace our septic tank even beforecoming out. You took the time to come out and assess the real problem and carefully walked us through what needed to be done. You truly knew your craft and were able to save us literally 6 to 7 thousand dollars by repairing everything. You even provided a 2 year warranty. I am in the military and have dealt with hundreds of companies around the world, I can unequivocally say that you are among the best in customer service and in your skills and abilities. Ms Rooter is "THE BEST".....I made one call and they came right out. Alex explained to me what they had to do. And he explained to me why our septic tank was filling so quickly. No other company explained to us why our septic tank was filling so quickly. They pumped out our septic tank and put in new field drains. My wife went outside to watch and Jay explained to her how he was putting in the field drains. This is a very honest company and they're VERY fair. My family will use Ms Rooter from now on.

Came out to my property right away, and on time. I assumed that I needed to get my septic tank flushed, but was told that everything looked perfect and I didn’t even need to have the tank flushed out. Since I don’t live where this property was the company could have told me that it did need a flush and I would have never known. The honesty was HUGE for me! I will be using this company for all my future flips.
