I have used Dan and his crew for many projects. The latest job included extensive landscaping and hard-scaping. He cleared out my back yard, sodded the entire front and back yard, and also did a retaining wall along my mulch beds. Dan is excellent to work with and his crew is extremely hard working and courteous. I highly suggest Mt. Diablo for all your landscaping or hard-scaping needs. I plan to use him for snow removal this winter also!

Dan and his team removed a large tree that had heaved up a huge chunk of our concrete driveway. Next he removed the concrete driveway and replaced it with paver stones. He also had to coordinate his work with the city since they installed a new driveway apron. All of this was accomplished on time and with high quality. We are delighted with the finished product in addition to his fair and competitive bid.

He came on time and did the job in that day so price was good and the weather was good (rainy)as well so sod turns to green grass after a week or so.

We absolute love the work that Dan and his team completed on our home. Hi team replaced our old sidewalk with pavers and also replaced our dated pillars on our porch. Our home now has amazing curb appeal and it has easily increased the value of our home. Our investment in landscaping has easily doubled our return on investment. I would definitely recommend Mt. Diablo kept us informed of work dates and any changes to original estimate. They delivered more value than expected and returned promptly to fix a minor problem.

This was a comprehensive job -- laid pavers for a car parking space, repaired existing pavers what had gotten off-kilter, power washed a large paver patio and walkway, and trimmed all of our bushes. Fast, professional, courteous, and a great value. Definitely recommend!

Dan and his team are professional, meticulous, and highly efficient. My husband and I hired him without hesitation to install two tiers of retaining walls and reface an existing retaining wall. Where other landscapers took a look at our overgrown, sloped back yard and either wanted to run away in the opposite direction or quoted us a price that was more than 25% the cost of our home, Dan came up with a game plan that would fit our budget and still produce an end-product that was beautiful and high-quality. I cannot recommend Mt. Diablo Landscaping highly enough - Dan, his father, his foreman Jose, and the project crew are good, honest people who pride themselves on their work and their excellent reputation. We are truly lucky to have found them!

Dan and crew did a great job with our backyard. Installed new sod, retaining wall and a nice huge patio. We love our backyard now. We highly recommend them for any landscaping job, very professional and on schedule.

My yard looked terrible and Dan stopped by to give me an estimate for sod. I had an estimate from another landscaper and Dan gave me a lower estimate and was able to schedule the work to be done that week. When I mentioned taking off work to be there, he assured me it wasn't necessary -that they would have the job done by the time I got home - when I arrived home later that day, the yard was done and looks wonderful! I would certainly use them again for any future work and highly recommend them.

Delivered as promised at great price. Crew was polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up well. They added additional drainage not in scope for no charge by taking advantage of an intact but idled corex system. No hassle. No surprises.

Dan's estimate was the lowest. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job pitting down the sod. Very pleased with the result.

Dan came out to give a free estimate for the work and was very professional.Even though the job wasn't an ordinary job (remove large raised garden, clear out fence, haul away dirt, lay sod) after talking with Dan, I felt confident that Mt. Diablo would do a great jobThe guys sent to do the work were considerate and very easy to work with.They did a beautiful job, leaving no messes behind. Dan came back to check on the job, but he definitely left the crew in good hands with Jose who worked very hard and made sure everything was right. I thought the job would be a challenge but it was not problem.

They did a really excellent job on the whole project (landscape cleanup, mulching, regrading, installing additional drainage basin and outlet pipes and sod installation)

We had other bids for the work and Dan was one of the lowest. They completed the work on time, They were very professional, good communication and most important they took care of details. They did beautiful detailed work. we will hire them again without reservation.

Dan was very quick to respond and he was able to complete the project within the time frame I wanted. He explained what would be done and answered all my questions . He completed the project with a great outcome. What I appreciated the most was that he continued to answer all my questions via email on how to take care of the lawn as I do not have a green thumb.

Mt. DIablo was on target, on time, and on budget. Great job designing and building my retaining wall and in only two days. Their staff were professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased and will call them again for future projects.
