Chris called within seconds of my HomeAdvisor request. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Was on time, knowledgeable and suggested a few preventative maintenance items as well. He even cleaned and remounted our (embarrassing dirty) garage door remotes. Work was quick, clean, and fairly priced.

I spoke with Chris at Mt. Hope Garage Door at approximately 7:40 am and he was at my house within two hours to fix my garage door as he knew I was concerned about the storm that we are expecting! He fixed my door and I can relax and wait for the snow! New garage doors are in the near future for me and Mt. Hope Garage Door will be my choice!

I would definitely recommend Chris. He is courteous, traveled a fair distance to get here, and was very good about explaining everything he was doing which I as a contractor myself appreciate. He put the broken sprocket in my hand so I could see for myself. Total cost was $175 including sprocket. I was very satisfied!

Sloppy work.couldnt pick up old hardware or disconect old wires. Basiclly had to go in the next morning and clean up his laziness

Chris was the only one who understood our emergency....being senior people we could not leave the garage door open all night. He came at the end of his workday, completed the job with the help of his son....further impressed me....father teaching son! He obviously knew what he was doing, and went right to the core of the problem.
