Upstairs unit failed on the hottest day of the year to date..94 degrees. Found Mt. Juliet Air as a warranty service dealer for Airease...called Mike at 8:30 AM...he was at my home before 10:30...noted some issues that need to be worked on but most importantly, he cleaned the unit up and found a defective starter capacitor...replaced and my family had cool air before 1:00 PM....outstanding attitude, excellent service, and an all around quality experience. Thanks Mike...I've really needed a "go-to" guy for my HVAC needs and you're my new guy!!!!

Mike was very professional and quick. He basically said or heat pump was fine after Hiller said we needed a complete new system. Mike will be my go to from now on.

Typically one hears "I will be there sometime in the morning" this guy was on time, called to confirm, extremely informative and personable. Michael Locke was everything good service should be: fix what I need, tell me what I don't and give me options when necessary.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and followed up with me with a phone call to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

Used for several years on many units and is quick and professional and reasonable. Honest and dependable as I use on my home and many rental units as well. Follows-up and handles things timely as I turn over these issues to Mike to fix and solve with renters as they occur.

Local guy. Old school honest. Really straightforward about when he can save you money to keep unit alive and when you're burning money. I've used him for about 4 years on my home and my rental property for HVAC as well as electrical and home improvement stuff. He did what was a 15 hour DIY job for me in about an hour and a half just from skill.
