Would never use again. Extremely unprofessional, milks the clock. Overcharges for employees not even working. Sent 3 movers. 1 Stood around the whole move while the other 2 worked. He took his shoes and socks off and walked around my house barefoot. Asked me to drive him to wawa for lunch. Constantly asked for something to drink and played on iPad. Nothing given for inconvenience and poor experience. Stay away from

Prince & MJ came out on a Saturday morning on time to do a quick move from a second floor unit to a downstairs unit, they moved a couch, a queen mattress and box spring, a TV stand, along with a few more items in less than an hour. These gentlemen were very professional and kind. This is the second time moving with Mt Zion Moving Co and the results each time are outstanding! I definitely recommend this moving company and will continue to use them in the future.

The movers, Prince and Norman and their crew moved a baby grand piano from our garage into the house and then assembled the piano. They did a great job assembling our baby grand piano. They did it very carefully and professionally. I will refer your company to other people. Thank you.

The movers handled my move very professionally and with care. I literally received the Red Carpet treatment :) Everyone listened to my requests and concerns throughout the move, which occurred over a 3-day period. I had a full service move which included packing, load/unload and furniture assembly. Iâ m retired military and have acquired a lot of big, heavy furniture. The four movers handled my move with ease. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move, to include no damage to the walls of either place. The price quoted was adhered to and very reasonable. I highly recommend Mt. Zion Movers and will use them again, when I move out of state :)

I can't say enough good things about Prince and his team at Mt. Zion Movers. These guys showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and wrapped all of my belongings to make sure nothing broke during my cross town move. They were fast, they were professional, and they knew what they were doing. They made the normally excruciatingly painful experience of moving a simple joy to behold. Frankly, these guys worked so hard that I got tired just watching them. They had my entire apartment packed and moved into my new place within 3 hours. They couldn't do enough for me, and even offered to help reassemble furniture. I would not hesitate to hire them again and will absolutely be recommending them in the future.

Run from this company - a horrible experience. They showed up 2 hours late, shattered a $460 floor mirror, damaged other furniture and our new floor and then overcharged us by $350 from their original estimate. When I spoke to their office during the move after they broke our mirror, they said they would reimburse us for it but now after we have paid, it is impossible to get action on their part. I have moved many times in my life and NEVER had a worse experience than this. If you value your possessions - go somewhere else and do not let this company destroy them. They are the WORST!

Crystal was very nice giving the quote and gave us a good price. Told us everything would fit in their trunk and in a 10x15 storage locker....until she saw it would not fit! She became very rude and angry. My husband went and rented a u haul trailer and loaded the rest himself. She followed me to the storage and refused to unload because now...we owed her another $600. And my husband was loading what she could not get in the truck. She was rude and mean and I was in tears . When they finally started unloading after my husband got there and paid them..our boxes where being stacked upside down and mismatched and tipping over!!! We started re stacking all our boxes..my husband and I worked re stacking boxes for 2 hours after they left. So who knows how much will be broken as it will be in storage for about a year until our house it complete Do not us this company.

"Crystal gave an estimate base off what you told us about your move. You were supposed to have a garage sale for the rest of the furniture that is not going. You received a quote from us. That was a rough estimate on the items to fit in the truck.. we charged per hours to move your property from one location to the next and we collect Payment at the end of the move. even if you were quoted a rough estimate, we will not know the final cost until at the end of the move. So we have a contract that help you and us be on the same page. This is not a flat rate. The movers arrived and saw you never got to sell any of the items that was n"

"Not sure about that word mistreating but this is a standard operation and managing process we implemented to scale our business.. A spot check is necessary for us to evaluate on the movers and employees to make sure they are doing their job successfully . You may have confused the owner inspection as to mis treating employees but this help the company to know who are the best employee or the ones who are truly doing the job right. Was overcharged for one-bedroom move. Was sent 2 workers, they were under muscle small and skinny spend more time asking if I was going to give him a big tip. Hired another company core 1/4 cost finished double the load to and from. They did not complete the job

You only paid for 4hours worth of work that took them 7hours to get done and we learned your sister enticed the movers with cash to deliver her own furniture and she will be paying them under the table."

I highly advise against these movers. They did substantial damage to our bed, which will need to be replaced, scratched several other pieces of furniture, and deeply scratched our wood floor. The movers assured us their **insurance** would pick up the damages and I sent photos and descriptions but lo and behold, I have gotten no response to 3 emails. Advise you to avoid this company!
