I recently used Mubarak Construction on my 88 year old home. We had the siding replaced and were not financially ready to replace the windows. We did not want to drill holes in the new siding. The owner of the company was able to replace and upgrade the mounts, window boxs and all hardware. He re-mounted them in the frames of the windows leaving them sturdier than before. He measured were they should be placed leaving an even and balanced finish. I will use him again to replace the window /frames and to add an additional deck when possible.

I purchased my grandparents’ home after my grandfather passed and decided to renovate it before listing it for sale. As closing got closer, we ran into issues getting the additional structures, specifically the porch and patio, up to code. Mubarak Construction stepped in right away. They added the support structures we needed immediately and worked directly with my realtor and the inspectors to keep the sale on track. Without their help, I probably would have lost the sale. I’m so grateful for their quick response and professionalism.
