Very professional and the quality of work was great.

Nick was exactly on time for the appointment and he/Bill Wallace (co-contractor) discuss/solve problems in a cooperative manner as they do the job. Between them, they have a wealth of knowledge, work very well together, and welcome questions from me. They also make suggestions on improving our home and related systems as they work.

First off, Nick is a great guy. He showed up early to the appointment and got right down to business. He cleaned the AC unit out, but took the time to do it the right way and even cleaned it over once more with a chemical to break down any material stuck in the fins. He then checked the freon levels and found that it was a little low. He added some more. When he was replacing the cover to the unit he noticed that the screws were gone (from the previously hired guy). He replaced the screws with new ones without even batting an eye. He also went out of his way to help me put up a piece of trim that had fallen off of my house during a windstorm, with his ladder. Excellent guy to work with and I can say that the work he did was top notch. My house has never been able to reach the project temperature number until he fixed everything. A++
