Got overly aggressive jacking at one spot and cracked a previously perfect uncracked driveway. Tried to claim it was already cracked. It wasn't and I was standing with one foot on the slab when it cracked and I felt it suddenly give. The crack runs right thru the jacking hole. Should have used more holes and lifted more evenly. Professionals should have known better. NOT happy with the crack or the denial of the cause.

"Sorry you are not happy with the job. If you remember, the "overly aggressive" area was lifted more at your request after we recommend stopping. We lift with pressure, so there is always a possibility of cracking the concrete. The holes are placed strategically to minimize this chance. Make sure you are present when they bid the job and what exactly they are going to do. I explained what I needed done but couldn't be present for the bid. They did work I didn't ask for and none of the work I needed done. I would not recommend this company.

"All areas to be worked on were clearly marked on the original bid sheet. Mr.(Customer's name withheld per their request ), signed our work order and authorized the work to be done. Unfortunately Mr(Customer's name withheld per their request ), does not recognize the grade issue in his yard. We can lift the concrete, but we cannot change the grade, or slope of the property.
