My wife and I were very impressed with the service we received from Mud Duck Septic. Brad was able to get us scheduled the day after my wife called him. He arrived when he said he would, took time to answer any questions I had, and gave a few recommendations to help with our system. Can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. Brad was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to explain everything that hew would be doing and even give us tips to prolong the life of the system. He had to dig up part of the grass to find a second lid, but when he was finished, you'd never know the grass had been disturbed. Great job and he's definitely won my loyalty.

This service is excellent. Brad is a real professional.. I let him know we were anxious to get the septic pumped and he set the appointment for Friday which was better than the last service I spoke with. Today (Wednesday) he called and said there was an opening and could do the job right away. We are so thankful for the fast response and for getting our service done quickly.

Mud Duck Septic is awesome. Brad showed up right on time and went right to work looking for my hidden hatch. He was able to quickly find the hatch and pump out my septic tank. He was friendly and efficient and it was much less expensive than I thought - especially considering I had no idea where the hatch to the system was located and he had to dig for it. I was billed the exact amount that he quoted. Thank you Mud Duck - I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors.

I hired Mud Duck Septic to pump out my tank. I recently purchased this home and located the hatch was difficult. They came out and spent several unsuccessful hours attempting to locate it for free. They came back and spent several more hours before they located it. Never once did they complain and the job was finished quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the gentleman was. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a Septic backup on the fourth of July. What a disaster! Contacted Brad through Home Advisor. Set up an appointment for July 6th Since it was an emergency, He offered to come out on his holiday weekend. I accepted the offer and he was at my house in one hour. Did the job quickly and professionally and even offered advice on proper septic maintenance. I highly recommend Mud Duck Septic Service. Thanks Brad
