Not insured, not bonded and wanted $60.00 to $90.00 per hour. Told him I would pay $20 to $25 an hour seeing I was buying all the material. Told me he accepted the offer, came and worked 1 day, had hard freeze, snow, roads closed the next day (I understood that roads closed) and then didn't show up the day after that. Texted him, he said he was coming in a few, an hour later he shows up which that was at 2 in the afternoon. I told him I had a lot of work to be done here, but I wasn't willing to have him work 1 day and then come back a week later while he shuffled other jobs around. Contractors like that have you living in a mess for months which is not acceptable. Finally told him when he had time to work strictly here for completion, to call me. I don't expect that to happen.
