Above Ground Swimming Pool or Accessories Repair or Service

Did not show up on the date we scheduled to open my above ground pool. Argued about our agreed date and was extremely verbally rude, condescending and argumentative. Showed up when he felt like coming, and I had to rearrange my schedule to suit him. He was rushing through the hookup of the filter and hoses and did not install the hoses properly. He was in a hurry to get to another job. I had at least 3 leaks in the hookups. He did not stay to make sure everything was running properly. When I contacted him about the problems I was having he told me that I should tighten things up myself, but I do not have the strength or the tools to hook up the hoses properly (things I paid him to do). I had to hire and pay someone else to come and fix the leaks and loss of water he caused. He charged me $275.00 to put in my pool steps, throw in some liquid shock, poorly hook up the hoses and filter, toss my hose in the pool, and rush away with his payment.
