"I scheduled the job and had to push the customer back a day, after the customer was scheduled before, and couldnt do it then. The customer was informed of this ahead of time. Upon removal of the toilet, there was a plumbing issue, which I took care of at no labor charge. I was suppose to come finish up the following day and it was raining all morning. Her demands and comments did not help matters. I believe she had a unrealistic view of the time frame to complete the job. Thus said, the job is complete, it took a total of 1 eight hour day ,like planned, looks good, and according to the customer, no one else would do the job. The customers previous flooring guy walked off the job do to complications with the customer also. We are a professional company that tries to meet our customers expectations of quality and the customer was always informed of scheduling and all issues associated with the project."
