They removed a garden tub, relocated and enlarged the shower and enlarged the master closet. We have large ornate crown molding we wanted to keep & Marty was able to closely replicate it allowing us to maintain the look that was originally there. They were willing to make suggested changes during the installation and worked hard to meet our expectations. They were on site daily until the project was finished and completed the project within the time period they had specified. Quality work and good time management. They did a fantastic job.

Great eye for detail and very knowledgeable. Will definitely hire him again in the future.

Marty did a beautiful job of remodeling our small guest bathroom.. He painted the whole bathroom , put in new floor tile, a new toilet , new sink and cabinet. It looks fantastic! He also replaced all my soffits around my house because they were rotted out. Put up new gutters. I have seen Martyâ s work at my stepdaughterâ s houses .He remodels bedrooms and does a fantastic job on the second floor Of a two-story home. I would definitely recommend him to everyone! He also helped me with a scratch on my floor that was done three years ago and you can hardly see it on the hardwood floor.

I was very impressed with the job. They were finished in the time frame he had predicted. The price that was quoted was the price I paid. I change a few little things so I wasn't sure if it would have changed the price. When finished they left my place clean . I definitely would recommend them again and I would use them next time I need anything done.

Marty did excellent work while overcoming several obstacles that were not anticipated. We were very pleased with his efforts to keep us informed throughout the project and very happy with the finished product.

I had a list of various things that I needed Marty and his crew to help out with. I had siding, porch ceilings, porch lighting, electrical outlets, soffit, roof rakes, stove hood vent, and a mantle install. Marty himself does excellent work, but when it comes to delegating work to his crew, you might as well forget about the job getting done to completion. I decided to hire Mullins Remodeling for a 2nd time after having a positive experience the first time. The 2nd time the work was *subbed out* to others on the crew, and on the anticipated last day of their work, I paid Marty the remaining balance before I left for work. When I got home, the job was not completed, and I did not see anyone come out to address the issues for probably 2 months. Part of my issues were addressed, but some remaining issues were not addressed. I had already mistakenly paid 100% of the negotiated price. Marty never got a sign off from me on whether not I was satisfied with the work and if the work was considered done. He mentioned several times that he was going to try and come out to address the remaining work that did not get done, but I have not seen him. It has now been 9 months since his crew worked on the project. I had a friend finish part of the work and another more reliable crew finish and correct work of Mullins Remodeling. I had another $10,000 job this fall that Mullins Remodeling could have taken, but I had no choice but to hire another crew after my last experience. Marty is a very talented individual, but I do question his management skills. He is a sweet talker, and you can probably have better luck if you know how to dangle the carrot properly. Your mileage may vary with Mullins Remodeling.

This is our fourth project with Mullins remodeling. We love their work and would recommend them to everyone.

Mullins and his team are truly amazing. This is the second project Mullins has worked with us on (prev an addition). The craftsman ship is as beyond amazing, communication was superb and as always Mullins and his team went above and beyond our expectations. I contacted Marty to build a roof over my 2nd level deck. Unlike others he didn't try to exaggerate the project. He recommended an engineer and gave me a fair estimate based on the engineer's report. His work was excellent and he completed it very timely. He offered great solutions on any issue that came up. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him. Choosing a contractor can be apprehensive but Marty made it an enjoyable experience.

We contacted Marty to have an additional room added upstairs after he was recommended by a family member. He worked with us on the design and exact placement of the room, as well as other details. He was very communicative throughout the process, and once work began, and worked with us and made sure we were happy with where things like the closet and the door would go. While Marty and his team worked, they took proper care to make sure our furniture and carpet downstairs were covered, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The team was polite and professional, and Marty and his team were a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with how the room turned out.

Our bathroom remodel is fabulous, over the top. The new shower is better than I could have imagined. Marty does his very best to please the client, even offering up ideas for finishing touches. I would not hesitate to use Mullins Remodeling again.

Marty and his team did a fabulous job with the french door installation at our home. Work was done over the course of a couple of weeks and was done patiently, with great care and quality. Mullins Remodeling did a great job! Thank you Marty and team! The only reason I am not giving a full 5 on customer service was because we encountered a few delays in communication, finalizing and initiating the project. While I respect the varied situations that arose which instituted the ensuing delays, it was a bit of a challenge to manage dates to determine a good time-frame for the project and get it going. The exciting bit though was once the project began, it rolled along extremely well.

Marty's group can do many task and take pride in what they do. They clean up after their work and are there when scheduled. He is honest and trust worthy. I have used Marty several times in the past few years and have always been happy with his work.

We made the right choice, Marty and his crew constructed a screen porch with a stone floor with tan lights and ceiling fans. His crew is highly skilled in all areas of construction. It was completed in a timely manner. He enhanced our homes future market value. Future projects are planned.

Marty and his crew were extremely knowledgeable , respectful, thorough, timely, and pleasant. Great job, matter of fact we have hired Marty to do further work on the house.
