With 45 years of experience, Thomas Mulloy, PLS provides boundary surveys, topographic surveys, recombinations, and subdivisions throughout the City of Asheville and Buncombe County. A strong working knowledge of local land-use regulations helps projects move efficiently from survey to approval, and modern technology ensures precise, reliable results. From 2015?2019, we earned Angi?s Super Service Award each year. After stepping away from advertising due to a full workload, we are now accepting new projects and continuing the same level of professionalism and responsiveness that built our reputation. As an owner-operated practice, I specialize in residential properties and small tracts?typically 1 acre or less, and occasionally up to 2 acres. I do not perform surveys on large acreage parcels or extremely steep mountain terrain.

Not finished when I was told that it would be done. I would like to have walked the corners of the property, My loan date was not met and now I have other work to be redone meaning that I am still waiting for the loan. Generally I am disappointed.

I wish they had used metal stakes instead of wood-other than that they did great. Very fast and accurate.

"There are metal stakes at the base of each wooden stake. The wooden stakes are there to help you find the actual metal corner markers."

Mr Mulloy was revery responsive to my initial cost and he gave me the information I needed over the phone. We agreed to a price and time for the survey to be done and Voila, completed on time and at the price mentioned. Very professional and I will use him again if needed.
