About us
Multi-Maintenance is one of the leading cleaning and restorative drying companies serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Founded in 1989, we have remained at the forefront of advances in cleaning and restoration technology. Multi-Maintenance has earned the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certification in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fine Textiles Cleaning, Odor Control, and Applied Microbial Remediation. We are an IICRC Certified Firm and are members in good standing of the following associations; the Carpet and Rug Cleaners Institute of Illinois, the Indoor Air Quality Association, The International Society of Cleaning Technicians. Through these associations we have participated in many education events. Founder Clifford Grost was a contributing writer and editor of the IICRC S520 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation December 2003 edition and an editor of the IICRC S100 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Carpet Cleaning.
