"I have made three attempts to reach out to our customer. Today is January 16, 2020 I made another phone call at 10:55 AM with no answer. The customer was happy with the work after completion. They wrote a check? There was a small stackable wall that was shifted Slightly I was told not to worry about it was something that they were going redo anyway. We have been in business 25 years with a nearly flawless track record. If a customer is not happy we make every reasonable effort and attempt to rectify the situation promptly. I am going to keep reaching out to this customer to see if I can fix the concerns that they have. Thank you. I am reporting back to my findings. My crew placed a slab for a hot tub for the homeowner after 5 more attempts I finally reached him. He admitted he had not communicated with his better half about the small stackable wall..... let me be clear it is not a retaining wall it is a very small decorative 50 dollar wall at best. I have pictures to show. I'm bringing this back up to clarify on the truth. There was a small amount of concrete spatter that could easily be removed also. Ok with that being said lets get to the meat and potato's of this issue. Concrete takes 28 days to fully cure it is a fact that can bee googled. To my surprise the home owner goes out and buys a 9000 hot tub and puts it on a fresh concert slab 48 hours later. Would you do this? Im guessing the answer would be no. I have offered every reasonable option to help out here. In closing... I CARE ABOUT ALL MY CUSTOMERS in fact my wife feels like she's in second place. We strive for perfection on every job. I know reviews are important so please take in consideration our nearly flawless track record. over 25 years in the residential construction trade with an high 90% approval rating this review is not in alignment with how the rest of our customer base really feels.
