They came with all the right equipment and manpower for my job. 4 men, heavy duty truck with huge trailer to haul away tree limbs. Worked hard for approx. 2 hours. They filled in giant hole left by tree root. Trimmed back remaining trees how I wanted, so future storms won't do so much damage. I will use them in the future. Price was fair.

I hired Peter Munds to remove our tree. After seeing him and how his crew work, I can say I’m thankful that I chose Munds. They were friendly and courteous, arrived on time, and cleaned up after the job was done. I’d definitely hire them again !!!

This is a warning to those who sign an agreement with these people for specific work to be done. I had an in-person estimate done, but asked for work that was going to cost more than my budget. So they submitted a new written estimate that I accepted and signed. On the day they showed up, they were unprepared to do the work in the proposal I signed. They told me that they did not stand by the proposal and that all they would do was trim my trees. They were surly about it and blamed me for the misunderstanding. I asked them to do the work and agreed to accept it, though it was less than I had hired them to do. They began, then packed up and left in about an hour, leaving the work half-done, without speaking to me again. At the least, this is unprofessional conduct. I would steer clear of doing business with them.

"Munds Enterprises Inc. lists Tree Removal and Tree Trimming services with ANGI. Your request was for the huge tree in front of your home to be trimmed. We arrived with the Vermeer Lyft system, chainsaws, a chipper to deal with the branches removed, and a dump truck to haul away the chipped branches. This amount of equipment demonstrates that Munds Enterprises Inc. arrives quite prepared. When our men arrived to trim the huge tree at the front of your home, they began working and quite a bit of tree trimming was performed using a Vermeer Lyft system, harness rings, and rope rigging where the limbs are gently brought to the ground in a controlled and safe manner. Our men have a combined experience in tree work that is 50 years plus inclusive of power line trimming. You also requested palm trees to be planted and not in any of the multiple phone calls that you made to the secretary did you speak about the palm trees. There was no discussion at all with the secretary or Mr. Munds about what type of palm tree your trailer park allowed, nor what gallon size, etc. Therefore, we could not possibly offer you a service with such a lack of specificity as there are over 2600 species of palms and we do not offer this service on ANGI Leads. Your most pressing request was to tie up your hibiscus shrub that had been knocked over in the hurricane Munds does not perform this service and repeatedly you were informed of this per your multiple telephone calls and in person. The men and owner of Munds did not appreciate you raising your voice at them. You were asked quietly to step back and quit raising your voice. When you did not respect personal space and you continued to yell, Mr. Munds told you that he and his crew were leaving. Munds Enterprises Inc. did not receive any money for the estimate, for the cost of the ANGI lead, and most importantly Munds did not receive compensation for the cost of trimming your large tree. Our men worked hard that day and did not get paid and we all deserve to get paid for labor."
