He Answered the request quickly and arrived shortly afterwards. Reviewed possible cabinet repair or replace down the road. Very polite and helpful.

Deviated drastically from what was quoted to actual work performed. Was told it would be a 10 day job and when they showed up on Monday was told they would be done by Thursday. Well it's Thursday and not one project is completed, work is unsatisfactory and sub novice at best. Owner was late everyday and only worked a few hours. now my house is a shambles, my ceiling has to be redone, half bath floor is not completed and laundry room floor s far from completed. Not to mention the living room carpet was ripped up and thrown away and I have boxes of flooring that won't be laid, all the trim in laundry room is laying in floor and nothing was cleaned up at all. Not only am I now in the hole for sub par flooring and trim that needs completed to the tune of $2500.00. I have to hire a true professional to come in and clean up the shoddy workmanship. Highly disappointed and extremely dissatisfied. the 1 star was being generous at best. We gave Mr. Munoz the benefit of the doubt trying to help him get his business going here in Indy and got bit. Obviously the repairs we needed were beyond his scope of expertise, and his willingness to work or even come to work leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this contractor for any job, no matter how small.

"Hi John I am sorry that this happened I hired someone at $15 and told me his specialty was drywall, I hired him because my wife got pregnant. The times that I was not there was because my employee still needed to finish his part so I may lay the floor down completely. Throughout that time period I was going through some issues, one was my wife was loosing her baby and we didn't find out till Saturday. So yes my wife had a miscourage and lost the baby. You sent me a text Thursday saying the floor looked great and improvement on the drywall. I offered to fix his mistakes at no cost you refused. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience."

They made cutting mistakes, and didn't show up to complete the sanding. We had to try and do it ourselves which didn't work out too well. I am very unsatisfied.

We gave him 50% upfront deposit and told him we were waiting to move in so we needed the painting and tiling done first and quickly. He failed to work on a daily basis and most days didn't show up until 2 p.m. He began complaining that he had to drive a distance so couldn't work every day. The painting had streaks and missed areas, there was tile adhesive all over the newly laid tile, and after 2 1/2 weeks he still had not completed the painting and tiling. We ended up having to hire another handy man to complete the project. Gave excuses for not working that he had another job to do even though he already was paid for half the labor cost upfront and had a account for all materials that needed purchased. Said he would have work done by a certain date and wasn't even half done by time frame. Walked off job in middle of project and was paid for more work than was done. Very irresponsible and would not recommend them to do work. If you don't babysit them they won't show up or only work for hour or two then leave.

"David I am sorry you feel that way, sadly I have photos of the painting that it was complete. Remember we repaired your walls because they where damaged in certain areas. Also have photos of the flooring that all we needed was 2 hours more to complete the mistake my other crew made which I fired all of them. That's when you came in acting arguing about it not being complete if you would of allowed us 2 more hours your floor would of been completed and we would off helped you unload. And your plumbing from the shower was old and broken we also fixed that for you and you didn't even pay me for that job also have photos."
