Mura-Tech replaced our thermostats and our heat pump. The system failed on a Thursday night; they loaned us two window units or no charge until they could install the new system. Phone calls were answered promptly and courteously, even at night. Elmer, the owner, was transparent about the cost of installing a new, more efficient system vs repairing the old system and did not try to upsell us. During the installation, the men put on shoe covers each time they entered the house and put drop cloths in the rooms they were working in. They were unfailingly courteous and very exacting about the work. We now have a great system and a clean house, and I HIGHLY recommend this company because of their prompt service, the transparency of costs and work needed, and the care checking out the system upon completion. You cannot go wrong with Mura-Tech.

They replaced my the majority of my HVAC system for almost exactly the same price my busy HVAC friend had quoted me... no upcharges or unnecessary work was recommended. The work was performed promptly, and executed quickly, even though it was peak season (summer). The quality of work was top notch and the customer service is unparalleled. Elmer came out on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor and had us up and running again. He explained everything and made sure I understood the repair.
