Murcia home improvement did an excellent job for us. They completed roof repairs, repaired some exterior items, remodeled our kitchen, removed carpets, installed new hybrid floor to entire house, replaced toilets and repainted entire house. They are extremely professional, courteous, very punctual & pleasant to work with. Their pricing was very fair and competitive. Despite me being an engineer with lots of construction experience, l was not able to find any issues that needed correction on their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Murcias home improvement to anyone who wants quality work and peace of mind.

We were lucky enough to find Murcia's roofing for an emergency situation. They responded quickly and provided excellent service and work. We have since used them for roofing repair, flooring replacement, siding repair, carpentry, building, painting, and other work. Superb work, first-rate follow-up when needed, and leave the work area spotless. They are even pleasant to have around -- we always miss them when they've finished a job. Skilled, meticulous craftsmanship and a great ability to analyze and solve problems. Fair and clear pricing. And -- mainly -- excellence all around. A+.

They had to replace half of my roof and put the right material the builder did not use under the shingle. They also had to put nails in the area that were missing on the roof plus some that were sticking out. They also had to repair the ceiling in my living room due to the damaged that was caused by the issue on the roof. They took their time to explain the job they were doing. The job they did in my home was perfect. They took their time, were very careful and covered everything before starting the job inside my home. I had 4 other companies come to give me estimates. They were vary reasonable with all I wanted done. Some of the job were guaranteed for 10 years. I would.l definitely use them again

Although the job ended up being more than the first estimate, they were not trying to overprice the additional costs. The work was well done and completely satisfactory. I will not hesitate to ask them to do any additional repairs.

I’ve been using Murcias Roofing and Home Improvements for a few years now. I am so impressed with the work they do with outstanding details! Their knowledge of so many things amazes me the most. I’ve had a roof replaced, landscaping, enormous amount of brickwork, outside and inside painting and remodeled the most beautiful kitchen and bathroom. They are my go to people for any situation. Our house is now a home and can be admired from the street or right inside. They are outstanding hard working very knowledgeable people who will not let you down!

Needed a roof repair due to a leaking vent. Our normal roofing company wanted $1200 to replace one vent. Murcia's promptly responded to our request for help, examined the roof and noted all 4 vents were failing (our home is 30 years old). They then promptly replaced all 4 vents, fixed the wood underneath, painted, reshingled and cleaned up all for less the the other (nameless) company wanted to charge for one vent! And best of all: after 2 inches of rain yesterday, no leaks!

We were given a quote, but the price continued to go up while they were working, twice to be exact. It went up a total of almost $3000 more. The first rise in cost was only $900 because we wanted to add a drip edge. Then, once the entire metal roof was removed, they came to tell us that they need an additional $1900 to buy plywood for the shingles to go on. We were under the impression that that was included in the quote we were given since they walked on the metal roof and evaluated it before giving us the quote to change our metal roof to a shingled roof. We also asked about removing the cost of the drip edge that we originally asked to add when this additional $1900 was “needed.” But then they stated they did not recommend taking this off. This was confusing to me because they gave me a quote without the drip edge, but when I asked if the price included this, they stated it would be an additional $900. The work was good and completed in a timely manner. They were kind workers, but we did not give them a 5 star because of the extreme additional prices that were added on.

They called back & came out the very next day to give me a quote. Once I decided on the shingles I wanted & the date for completion, they had the shingles delivered the day before the job. They arrived on the day scheduled & worked until the roof was fully replaced on that same day. They only stopped for a lunch break throughout the course of the day. They cleaned up all debris (including leaves), so there was no evidence that they had even been here except for a gorgeous roof. I would definitely hire them again. They have a fabulous team & take pride in a quality work product.

I'm no easily impressed. This company and their crew did an outstanding job despite the heat and high humidity. They were on time, worked hard, and cleaned up afterward. Even my neighbor was impressed and came over to talk to them. Working with a reliable company really does remove a lot of the stress of dealing with home repairs.
